Shipping Policy

Every order is packed with care. Here's what to expect once you hit "buy."

Processing Time

Because each piece is handmade, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be made and packed before it ships. Custom or made-to-order pieces can take 2-3 weeks, since these are cut and sewn just for you. That timeline will be noted on the product page. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

During busy seasons or after markets, processing may run a little longer. If anything's going to take significantly longer than usual, I'll reach out to let you know.

Shipping Times & Rates

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days, calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days, calculated at checkout

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Delivery estimates begin once your order ships, not from the order date.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. I'm not able to make changes once an order has shipped, and I can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package leaves my hands, it's in the care of the shipping carrier. If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please reach out to me at shopcharmschoolny@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so I can help sort it out.

International Shipping

At this time, I only ship within the USA. Follow along on instagram (@charmschool_) for updates if that changes!

Local Pickup & Markets

If you'd like to skip shipping altogether, local pickup may be available. Check for the option at checkout, or catch me in person at an upcoming market! I post all events I will be at on my Instagram @charmschool_
